Top 10 Songs

Here are my top 10 songs for the time being. It was hard to pick just 10 songs but I think I have a pretty good list for now. The songs are in no particular order.

- Black Label by Lamb of God.
I listen to this song whenever I feel like some good metal. I have more Lamb of God songs that should go on this list but for now this one just stands out.

- Prequel to the Sequel by Between the Buried and Me
No matter what genre you listen to you can find a song you'd like by Between the Buried and Me. In the song alone there are at least 3 different ones. And on top of that it is a really good song.

- Schism by Tool
This song is just amazing. The drums are crazy and have a great beat. At points its calm, and others its heavy. Another all around good song.

- Angel of Death by Slayer
My favorite Slayer song and I personally think it has one of the best screams ever. Heavy and fast, perfect thrash metal.

- The Spirit of Radio by Rush
Niel Peart is one of the best drummers of all time. The Spirit of Radio is a great drum song, guitar song, and just a great song all around.

- Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin
Another great drummer, John Bonham. It's hard to pick just one Led Zeppelin song but Whole Lotta Love sticks out for being a good old hard rock song. Plus the guitar solo is amazing.

- Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd
Another amazing guitar solo. Comfortably Numb is one of the best songs ever written. It is one of those songs that when it comes on the radio all attention turns to it. A brilliant and amazing song.

-Jeremy by Pearl Jam
The only grunge song to make my list but a good one to do so. Surprisingly enough I enjoy singing this song more than almost any other. Amazing lyrics and a calm yet powerful song.

- Dyers Eve by Metallica
It is impossible for me to pick my favorite Metallica song, so I will just pick the fastest. It is just one of those songs that I play on the drums to get a workout.

- Bludgeoned to Death by Suicide Silence
Probably one of the best intros ever. Great blast beats and some awesome break downs. Extremely heavy at some parts, and fast at others. Just a good song for headbanging.

  1. Enjoyed your list. I like "best scream" as a category, and I appreciate your inclusion of Whole Lotta Love. I didn't know Jeremy by Pearl Jam, so I'm listening to it now. Definitely sing-along worthy.
